This privacy policy explains how 5nine64 LLC ("Atim," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use Gringa, our US citizenship interview practice service.

When you make a practice call to Gringa, your speech is transcribed to text by our voice provider (Twilio/Deepgram). The text transcript is stored to generate your practice report. We do not store audio recordings. Only text transcripts of the conversation are retained.
